The polymer Composite materials developed and produced by our company are mainly used in ship rudder pin bearings, rudder stock bearings, stern shaft bearings, container limit blocks, hatch cover support blocks, sliding blocks, wear-resistant lining plates, gears, bridge pads, insulation and pressure bearing pads, floating dock curved plates, electric control door bearings, semicircular bearing seats, guiderollers, etc. The SL-IIIA series of products have excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance, friction and wear characteristics, good self-lubricating performance, light weight, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. The SL-IIIA series of products are developed through modification with rare earth and nanotechnology,possessing independent intellectual property rights and obtaining a national invention patent (patent number ZL200110067725.6).
